Pasta Class with Chef Nicholas Ames and Brian Carter – Wednesday, March 19, 6:00 pm
Join us for a hands-on pasta-making experience led by the talented Chef Nicholas Ames and renowned Winemaker Brian Carter! In this interactive class, you’ll learn to craft four types of fresh pasta—with some to take home. Chef Nick will also send you home with recipes and two delicious sauces: a classic red and a creamy white. Along the way, enjoy expert instruction, great conversation, and the chance to connect with fellow food and wine lovers. The evening is paired with a bottle of Brian Carter Cellars wine to complement your creations.
