Our Vancouver Tasting Room & Wine Bar is located on the corner of Parkway Place and Waterfront Way, next door to Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar, just below downtown Vancouver on the shores of the Columbia River, and just 10 minutes north of Portland, Oregon.
We welcome groups of all sizes. For parties larger than 8, to request an extended reservation period, or to reserve an arrival time that doesn’t appear to be available, please contact the Tasting Room to make a reservation.
Our team will guide you through a casual and personalized tasting of our handcrafted, European-style blended wines. Enjoy a selection of shared plates and flatbreads described on the Pairing Menu below. Our tasting flight includes five (5) wines for $25. Tasting fees are waived with a two-bottle purchase or upon joining the Wine Club.

Our Vancouver Tasting Room & Wine Bar is Closed: Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.



Brian Carter Cellars believes wine is best experienced with food. In 2020, we opened our Vancouver tasting room and kitchen on the Vancouver Waterfront to explore the natural connection between food and wine.
Wine is part of the meal. Like food, it adds flavor, balance, and pleasure to the table. When paired thoughtfully, wine and food enhance each other, creating a more complete and memorable tasting experience.
Food and wine pairing is both technique and discovery. Not every wine works with every dish, but when a pairing succeeds, it can transform how both are perceived. Acidity, texture, weight, and flavor interact to shape the overall experience.
At our Vancouver location, guests are invited to taste handcrafted, European-style wines alongside a food menu designed to complement them. We have a variety of options when considering hosting a private event in our venue on the waterfront in Vancouver, WA. We can accommodate more intimate, multi-course events for up to 20 people, as well as family style options for groups up to 30 people. Maximum capacity in our Vancouver location for a private event is 40 people. Outdoor seating is available.
Space rental pricing reflects staffing needs and use of space during and outside of regular operating hours, including time for set up and clean up. When planning your event, we will work with you to establish a food & beverage minimum based on menu and wine pairing options provided in following pages, prior to the event. Reservations and use of space will be based upon Chef and staff availability.
