Vancouver Tasting Room & Wine Bar
Food and wine pairing is central to Brian and to Brian Carter Cellars. The menu is built around his blends, one made to meet the other.
The menu changes with the season, driven by what the Northwest provides. The concept behind it does not change: food chosen to pair with Brian's blends.
